Factory 4.0 Navigator diagnoses a factory's real problems, then builds each one into a ready-to-implement smart-solution plan. We move a factory from "I want to become smart" to "this is the first solution I should implement."
Start with a short factory profile, then choose the capability the factory wants to develop and answer three plain-language questions — you get a descriptive current state, next achievable state, and a practical first action. The numeric maturity engine stays in the background. The assessment starts neutral: nothing is pre-filled unless you press “Load demo data”.
Our signature composite over eight dimensions (three pillars): pillar-weighted (Technology 0.40 · Process 0.35 · Organisation 0.25) with a weakest-pillar drag (25% of the index tracks your weakest pillar), reported with an honesty-gated confidence. A separate indicative CMMM-style level applies the strict weakest-pillar rule. Crosswalks are indicative — this is a pre-assessment, not a certification or audit.
